Refund policy
Authenticity
As a professional reseller of secondhand luxury goods, we guarantee all items are authentic. When buying please read through the condition description and look at all the photos of the items.
Condition
Since the products are secondhand, they have been used in different degrees, we cannot guarantee and are not responsible for the lasting condition of the items when used, and what happens to items in use.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Orders outside the European Union are not eligible for returns. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use, the value of the item has decrease.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Gift Cards are not refunded.
We will reserve the right to refuse return in these cases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
If you need to return an item, contact us or send us an email at queenstationhelsinki@outlook.com, then deliver or mail your item to: Queen Station, Arkadiankatu 31 LH 6, 00100 Helsinki, Finland.
Please consider insuring your package as we are not responsible for the shipping.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Repeated returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
